Description
This triple-drug combination is used for comprehensive and sustained control of high blood pressure, especially in patients with moderate to severe hypertension who require multi-mechanism therapy.
Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin-II receptors, reducing vascular resistance.
Cilnidipine (dual L-type and N-type calcium channel blocker) dilates blood vessels and suppresses sympathetic nerve activity, helping control BP without reflex tachycardia.
Metoprolol Succinate ER (cardio selective beta-blocker) slows heart rate and reduces cardiac workload, providing 24-hour heart rate and BP control.
Together, they offer round-the-clock BP stability, reduce strain on the heart, and help protect vital organs such as the brain and kidneys
Indications :
Moderate to severe hypertension
Hypertension with increased heart rate
Patients not adequately controlled on dual-drug therapy
Hypertension with high cardiovascular risk
Prevention of complications like stroke, heart attack, and heart failure

Seek medical advice if fainting, severe dizziness, breathing difficulty, or persistent swelling occurs.
Dosage :
One tablet once daily, or as prescribed by the physician
Preferably taken at the same time each day
Can be taken with or without food
Swallow whole; do not crush or chew (due to ER formulation)
Dose adjustment depends on BP response, heart rate, and patient condition.
Precautions :
Not recommended in patients with severe bradycardia, heart block, or cardiogenic shock
Use cautiously in kidney or liver impairment
Regular monitoring of blood pressure, heart rate, kidney function, and electrolytes is advised
Avoid sudden discontinuation, especially of metoprolol
Use with caution in diabetes, asthma, or COPD
Alcohol may increase dizziness—avoid or limit intake
