Oxcarbazepine 150 mg Tablet is an antiepileptic medicine primarily used for the management of seizures in patients with epilepsy. It is effective in controlling partial (focal) seizures with or without secondary generalized seizures in both adults and children. The medicine works by stabilizing overactive nerve signals in the brain, thereby reducing abnormal electrical activity that triggers seizures. It may be prescribed as monotherapy or in combination with other antiepileptic drugs for long-term seizure control and improved neurological stability.
Indications :
- Partial (focal) seizures
- Partial seizures with secondary generalization
- Epilepsy in adults
- Epilepsy in pediatric patients
- Monotherapy in seizure disorders

Dosage & Administration :
- Use as directed by the physician
- Usually taken once or twice daily
- Swallow tablet with water
- Can be taken with or without food
- Do not stop treatment abruptly
