This topical combination is used for the management of mixed skin infections involving susceptible bacteria, fungi, and certain anaerobic/protozoal organisms. Ofloxacin provides antibacterial activity, itraconazole provides antifungal activity, and ornidazole has activity against anaerobic microorganisms and certain protozoa. It may help reduce infection-associated symptoms such as redness, itching, irritation, and inflammation when the causative organisms are susceptible.

Indications :

  • Mixed bacterial and fungal skin infections
  • Superficial skin infections with suspected bacterial involvement
  • Fungal skin infections where itraconazole is appropriate
  • Skin infections involving anaerobic microorganisms
  • Infected or secondarily infected superficial skin lesions, as diagnosed by a healthcare professional
  • Other susceptible cutaneous infections as directed by a physician


Side Effects :

Possible local adverse effects include:

  • Burning sensation
  • Mild skin irritation
  • Redness
  • Itching
  • Dryness
  • Stinging at the application site

If severe irritation, swelling, rash, or other signs of an allergic reaction occur, discontinue use and seek medical attention.

Precautions :

  • For external use only.
  • Apply only to the affected skin as directed by the physician.
  • Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes.
  • Wash hands before and after application unless the hands are the treated area.
  • Do not use on large areas, broken skin, or under occlusive dressings unless specifically advised.
  • Avoid prolonged or unnecessary use of topical antibiotics/antimicrobials, as inappropriate use can contribute to antimicrobial resistance.
  • Inform the doctor about any previous allergy to ofloxacin, itraconazole, ornidazole, or related medicines.
  • Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • If symptoms worsen or do not improve, medical evaluation is recommended.


Storage :

  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture.
  • Keep the tube tightly closed when not in use.
  • Do not freeze.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
