This cream is a moisturizing, keratolytic and skin-softening preparation used to treat dry, rough and thickened skin. Urea and lactic acid help soften and remove excess dead skin, while propylene glycol and liquid paraffin help retain moisture and restore the skin barrier. It may be useful for conditions associated with xerosis (very dry skin), rough skin, scaling and hyperkeratosis.
Indications :
- Dry and rough skin (xerosis)

Precautions :

- Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and other mucous membranes.
- Do not apply to open wounds, severely irritated or infected skin unless advised by a doctor.
- Lactic acid may cause mild stinging or burning, particularly when applied to irritated or cracked skin.
- Wash hands after application unless the hands are the treated area.
