Atorvastatin + Ezetimibe is used to lower high levels of cholesterol and other lipids in the blood. It reduces LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and triglycerides while helping improve the overall lipid profile. The combination may be prescribed when cholesterol levels are not adequately controlled with diet, lifestyle changes, or statin therapy alone, helping reduce the risk of cardiovascular events in appropriate patients.
Indications :
- Primary hypercholesterolemia
- Mixed hyperlipidemia
- Elevated LDL cholesterol
- Patients requiring additional LDL-C reduction
- Hyperlipidemia inadequately controlled with statin therapy alone
- Reduction of cardiovascular risk in appropriate high-risk patients
- Adjunct to a cholesterol-lowering diet and lifestyle modification
Storage :
- Store at room temperature, generally below 30°C.
- Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Keep the tablets in their original packaging.
- Keep out of reach and sight of children.
- Do not use after the expiry date.
Side Effects :
